Are your telephone lines really open 24/7?
Yes, all calls to Pc Paramedics are free and will be answered by a real and friendly human being, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
What happens if the engineer is unable to repair my computer?
In this case, our No Fix No Fee * policy means that there will be nothing to pay at all
Is there a callout fee to pay?
No callout fees apply within the times of 8am and 7pm, out of hours call out fee of £10 will then apply.
Do you charge for travelling time?
No. We do not charge for travelling time - only the time spent by the engineer working on your computer is chargeable.
Yes. Any charges our engineers incur for parking where business services are provided will be passed on to the customer. Of course our engineers will endeavor to park all vehicles in un-chargeable zones if and where possible.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Our engineers are fully qualified and highly experienced. They are carefully selected and have all spent many years working in the computer industry.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash and by cheque (with guarantee card). A full receipt/invoice will be given.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed. All components which are supplied new will be covered by a full twelve months parts and labour warranty.
Can I limit the booking to one hours' work?
Yes, you can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed timescale.
If the repair takes only 35 minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
Our minimum charging period is one hour. After which we charge by half and hour increments. If the repair is completed in less time than the first hour, the engineer will offer to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check, virus scan or advice on any other issues.
