Looking for some free basic photo editing software as I dont fancy splashing out for photoshop, only need to do basic crops and the odd change to black and white or sepia and stuff like that.
Funny you should say as you was asking about vista!
Vista has just them features shipped inside its photo viewing software, photo gallery software and if you have the home preimum or ultimate verison you can even do all that with a remote on your TV with Vista Media Center

In the mean time if you need one quickly or not sure if to upgrade to vista you could try the Open Source GIMP photo editor
