The best types for laptops are Optical or Laser ones as they work just about on any surface, how much do you want to spend and are you after wireless or wired?

thanks for a quick reply im after a wireless one really are they alot darer then wired ones was hoping not 2 spend no more then 40pounds on one would i get a decent one around that price

you would get a top of the range one for less than that.
For that money i would go for laser as there far better, Wired are cheaper!
at my local shop (you may be able to buy online) this is what you would be after even this is probably better then you need if you just surfing the net and not doing any work on your machine
